Saturdays (2 per month)

In-person: 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Wednesdays

Via Zoom: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Combination of Zoom and in-person live training

Cost and Payment Information

Cost: $1,495.00

Includes instruction from experienced and certified coders, class textbooks, materials, weekly mock exams, and the AAPC student membership fee.

Payment Policy:

$750.00 deposit required upon enrollment to hold your spot
Remaining balance due prior to or on the first day of class (unless otherwise arranged)
There is a no refund policy

Attendance Policy

Our commitment is to train students to be prepared for the CPC exam. Students must attend at least 85% of the time to receive a certificate of completion for this course. There is a no refund policy. The course will be a combination of in-person sessions and Zoom sessions (in person on the rotating Saturdays and Zoom classes on Wednesday evenings).

The 3 coding books can be purchased on the AAPC website at the member price or the instructor can try to obtain a set for you at cost.

Students receive a discounted exam fee. The price of the exam is not included in this PMCC course.
